Returns
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Request Form. To request a return form please email: doxcapllc@gmail.com Please
complete the entire form, returns with incomplete forms will be returned at
your expense.

The product must be returned in its original unopened package with all tags
intact. If the product is removed from the package the return will not be
accepted.
All exchanges/refunds for unopened packs of hair must be returned with
14 days of the original purchase date. Return items returned/received beyond 14 days of original purchase date are not eligible for product/credit and will be returned at your expense
All refunds are subject to a 20% restock fee.
All returns must be shipped with a signature required. Debee’s Hair is
not responsible for packages shipped without a signature requirement.
Open/used product is not eligible for exchange/refund due to Health and
Safety regulations.
Return shipping is not covered by Debeeshair.com unless you have been
shipped the incorrect item. Please insure your return package, as we cannot
be responsible for lost return shipments.
All shipping costs for items exchanged due to customer ordering the incorrect
item are not covered by Debee’s Hair.
If you are returning hair that has possible defects (matting, weft issues etc.)
you must return the full amount of hair that was originally in the package, with
its original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice. Example: 18” Hand
Tied has 8 wefts, 8 wefts must be sent back in order.
You must request a return for inspection from to be included with the product return from: deb@debeeshair.com
Defective hair will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection within 4
weeks of the original purchase date. In the event the hair has a manufacture
defect, a replacement of the exact item will be given. No refunds are given on
used product for any reason.

Exchanges (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Exchanges/Refunds are only made if items are returned within 14 days of the
original purchase date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product
to reach you, may vary.
PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN CHEMICALLY TREATED IN ANY WAY DOES
NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE.
